PAWZ AFRICA NPO is dedicated to guaranteeing our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is available to assist you.
Returns
You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Contact us at ashley@pawz.africa with your order details to start the return process.
Refund Options
Upon completion of the inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the acceptance or denial of your refund request. If approved, you have the option to receive the refund credited back to your original payment method or as store credit for future purchases.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the expenses associated with return shipping. We advise utilising a shipping service that provides tracking or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot assure the receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for a different size of the same design, with the exception of custom designs. If you would like to request an exchange, please get in touch with us at ashley@pawz.africa. Kindly be aware that the customer is accountable for all courier charges associated with the return and delivery of the exchanged item.
Custom Commissions/Designs
Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the case you may receive a faulty or incorrect item, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving it by sending an email to ashley@pawz.africa. We will take care of all expenses related to the replacement, which includes courier fees for both the return and delivery of the new item.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as regular items.
